We hope that everyone loves their SiliSink, but we also understand that sometimes people buy something and it is not what they expected.  That is especially true for a new product like ours.  We will accept returns within 90 days after your purchase date.  You must provide the reason why you are returning your purchase.


We will refund the purchase price of the item minus our original shipping costs, as long as it is returned to us in a re-sellable condition.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you if we determine that it is not re-sellable.  In this case, no refund will be offered.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  Please allow 5-7 business days, then check the account associated with the payment method you used to make your purchase.

We stand behind our products, and we will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We may also offer a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.  If you believe your purchase is damaged or defective and you would like a replacement or a refund, send us an email at [email protected], along with a photo of the damage or defect.  We will reply with instructions on how to get your replacement or refund.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to:  SiliProducts c/o Innovative Logistics, 2460 Coral Street, Vista CA 92081.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
